How do I place an order?

How do I install my new mailbox?

We would be happy to provide you a quote for installation. Please contact us at 425-486-3693 or bsnwllc@lockedmail.com to discuss the details specific to your site and we will provide you a competitive installation price.

If you would like to install the mailbox on your own, each mailbox comes with instructions for installation. Individual boxes can be installed on matching pedestals (sold separately) or mounted on most existing posts. Multiple tenant mailboxes are sold with pedestals that must be mounted onto concrete pads.

Please contact your local post office before installing the mailbox for approval and to ensure its correct placement.

What are my payment options?

Typically customers pay by cash, check or by credit card.

How will my mailbox be shipped?

For individual mailboxes, we use Federal Express Ground or UPS Ground. Heavier, multiple tenant mailboxes are delivered by motor freight companies chosen by the mailbox manufacturer based on the delivery location.

What if I need to cancel or return my purchase?

Do you offer discounts?

What about sales tax?

Washington state residents pay sales tax, which is based on the current tax rate of the shipping address.
